Living Room Pipe Break

A pipe broke in the ceilings overnight and the homeowners woke up in the morning only to discover they had a water-damaged living room. Our team moved all of the contents out of the room to avoid damage to them. We then strategically removed sections of drywall that were not showing progress. The exposed framing was treated with a plant-based antimicrobial. Lastly, we left drying equipment for a couple of days to ensure the wood framing would dry to an acceptable level. We restored it "Like it never even happened" and the customer was very happy with our services.
